Tails

Tails is a charming male dog, around 1.5 years old and weighing about 28 pounds. He's a sweet and resilient soul who hasn't had the easiest start in life and is now eagerly looking for a loving home where he can be spoiled. Tails is curious about new environments and really enjoys receiving attention. He's also quite food-motivated, which can be a great asset for training!

Ideal Home

Tails would do best in a home that can provide him with patience as he continues to learn how to be a happy, carefree dog. We recommend slow and proper introductions with any existing dogs in the home. While his interaction with cats is unknown, he meets recommended with children, and we suggest older children for his new family.

Ongoing Health

Tails arrived in very poor condition, having been emaciated and filthy. He has since been vaccinated (age-appropriate), spayed or neutered, heartworm tested, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Tails is food-motivated, which can be a great tool for training. He is still learning and exploring the world, so continued positive reinforcement and patience will be key to his success.
