This handsome pup is Chase, a 9-month-old Shepherd mix who is in urgent need of a loving home! Chase is currently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter and has been since May 28, 2026. He is a sweet boy who is looking for his second chance at happiness.

Chase is looking for a home where he can get the love and attention he deserves. The shelter environment is tough, and he needs a patient and caring family to help him thrive.

Ongoing Health

Chase is currently being treated for an upper respiratory infection. He is URGENT and will be euthanized if not adopted soon.

Training & Support

As Chase is still a puppy, he will benefit from ongoing training and socialization to help him adjust to his new life.

Transporation
