Janet

Janet is a sweet, cuddly, and loyal girl who blossoms with trust and patience. She's a 1-year-old female, around 60 pounds, and is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Janet adores water and will happily splash in any water source she can find! She gets along well with other dogs and has shown no issues with cats in brief introductions. While she's been fine in a crate, she is very shy and timid, especially in new situations, and will need time and understanding to build her confidence. She is a flight risk and can jump a 4-foot fence, so secure fencing is a must.

Ideal Home

Janet would thrive in a home with at least one other confident dog who can be a positive role model. Due to her timid nature, homes with young children who move quickly and unpredictably are not a good fit for her at this time.

Training & Support

Janet is already potty trained and has shown no issues when crated. Her biggest need is building confidence and learning to navigate the world independently, as she can be a flight risk. She will need continued patience and positive reinforcement to help her overcome her shyness.
