Babe Ruth

Meet Babe Ruth! This handsome boy is a 3-year-old Boxer and American Bulldog mix, weighing in at a mighty 98 pounds. He’s fully potty trained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative medications. Babe was rescued from the BARC kill list in April 2025 and has since been thriving in his foster home in Tomball, Texas.

Ideal Home

Babe adores people, including children, and gets along wonderfully with his current doggy siblings. However, as an alpha male, he would likely do best as the sole dog in the household or with female dogs, as he can be dominant with other male dogs.

Ongoing Health

Babe is a healthy boy with no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Babe is an exceptionally well-behaved dog! He's allowed to roam freely in his foster home during the day, causing no messes or destruction. He sleeps soundly through the night in his crate. He’s eager to please and a joy to have around, even with new visitors.
