My name is Darla, and I'm an 8.5-year-old survivor! I'm a bit of a larger lady, weighing in at 48 lbs., but my spirit is even bigger. My journey hasn't been easy, as I'm a TVT survivor and have undergone significant medical treatment. But through it all, I've held onto hope, a feeling I discovered when a kind person saw past my struggles and offered me a chance. Now, I'm looking for a loving home to continue my healing and to share my growing heart full of love.

Ideal Home

Darla is looking for a home where she can feel safe, warm, and loved. She's a survivor with grit and deserves a comfortable place to spend her golden years.

Ongoing Health

Darla is currently receiving ongoing medical treatment and care from Sula's wonderful vet. She is a TVT survivor.

Training & Support

Darla's primary need is love and continued care. She's a survivor who has overcome a lot and will thrive with a patient and compassionate family.

Transporation

Darla is located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We adopt out dogs to Canada and the United States. Once adopted, we fly the dog with a volunteer flight angel to their forever home at the nearest airport.
