Meet Chance, a charming 4-year-old neutered and vaccinated Staffie mix with an "old soul" and a heart full of gentleness and affection. He was rescued from an overcrowded shelter after being abandoned, and now he's ready to brighten your life with his sweet, goofy, and loving nature. Chance always seems to have a big smile on his face, ready to make every day better.
Ideal Home
Chance would thrive in a home with a relaxed, predictable routine. He'd do wonderfully with a semi-active family that includes older kids who can handle his energetic play style, or he'd be a happy solo pup soaking up all the attention. Due to his strong prey drive, cats are not a good fit for Chance.

Chance is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been neutered.
Training & Support
Chance has excellent house manners and is fully house-trained. He communicates his needs clearly and sleeps soundly through the night. While he's not a fan of closed crates, he's happy to nap in an open crate or any comfortable spot. He's a fantastic walking companion and learns routines quickly. He can be a little stubborn when focused on something like squirrels, but a "cookie" quickly brings him back to attention, making him a great candidate for continued training.

Transportation
Chance is currently located in Texas. Transports run every few weeks, and he will be on the next available transport once approved. If you have specific time constraints for when you can accept a dog, please apply at that time.
