Meet Misty!

Misty is a gorgeous 70 lb German Shepherd mix, estimated to be born around September 8, 2020. She's a happy, loving girl with a gentle and laid-back personality, making her a wonderful companion. Misty enjoys playing with her toys, showing off her good manners for treats, and going for car rides. Above all, she adores being close to her people and is looking for a forever cuddle buddy. Misty's journey to rescue is a touching one; her beloved owner was placed in hospice, and our rescue stepped in to ensure Misty would be safe, loved, and cared for, giving her owner peace of mind. She's currently living with a wonderful foster family and is patiently waiting to give her whole heart to someone special.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.
• Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.
• Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
• All of our adopters are invited to join our Alum Pupdates Facebook group, to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
