Demi Moore has received all her necessary vaccinations, including those for Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies. She has also been tested for Heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis. A full panel blood test was recently completed. She is microchipped and has been dewormed and treated for fleas and ticks with Bravecto. Demi Moore has also been spayed.
