Peanut is a sweet male Pomeranian mix who is about an adult. He came to us after his elderly owner passed away, which left him feeling scared, confused, and heartbroken. He is a quiet soul who hides and cowers in his kennel, longing for the comfort and love he once knew. Peanut is hoping for a patient family who will give him the time he needs to feel safe and to help mend his broken heart.

Ideal Home

Peanut is looking for a calm, quiet home with a patient family. Gentle kindness and understanding will help him blossom. Due to MA Dept of Agriculture restrictions, we cannot adopt to MA residents.

Ongoing Health

Peanut is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Peanut is still learning to adjust to his new environment and needs patience and gentle guidance to feel secure.

Peanut is located at PawSafe Animal Rescue, 348 Old Colony Rd, Eastford CT. Adoption hours are Wednesday 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
