About Haddie

Miss Haddie is a bundle of joy who is ready to learn and grow with the right family! She’s a shy girl who warms up beautifully, especially if she has a furry sibling for comfort and a kiddo to play with. Haddie is a true 'couch potato'—she’s a bit spooked by people sitting on the floor, so she’d much prefer to snuggle up on the cushions with you. She’s a play-time fan who likes her toys all to herself and enjoys her bones tucked away in her crate. If you’re looking for a loyal, story-listening, wiggling sidekick, Haddie is your girl! Her signature move is the "Whole-Body Wiggle"—when she’s happy, her entire body joins the party! She starts off a little shy with new faces, but she warms up into the ultimate loyal sidekick. She is eager to please and super excited to learn new tricks and manners. She loves other dogs (best with a furry sibling for confidence) and is working on her "cat manners." She adores children and is a world-class listener for bedtime stories. She’s a lady of luxury—she’d much rather snuggle on the sofa than hang out on the floor (people sitting on the floor weird her out a bit!). She’s a play-time enthusiast but prefers to keep her favorite toys to herself. To keep her feeling safe and focused, she enjoys her bone-chewing sessions inside her cozy crate. A fenced yard is ideal for her zoomies, but because she’s so attached to her humans, she’s just as happy sticking right by your side! Haddie is still working on her recall, so keeping her attached or contained is for her safety!

Ideal Home

Haddie would thrive in a home with another dog to help build her confidence and children to play with. She prefers to snuggle on the couch rather than on the floor. A fenced yard is ideal but she's happy staying close to her humans. She needs to be kept on a leash or in a contained area due to working on her recall.
