Oreo is a spunky 12-week-old, 4 lb male puppy who, despite his small size, has a big personality! He's not afraid to let other dogs know what's what, and he absolutely adores people and his fellow canines. He's a very outgoing pup who also loves his food and is sure to bring endless laughter to his new family with his playful antics and charming attitude. Oreo is a delightful mix of Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle, with a medium coat and a striking black and white coloring.
