Doc is a 5-year-old Chihuahua mix who's looking for a special family to help him discover just how wonderful life can be. While he may be reserved when meeting new people, beneath that cautious exterior is a sweet little guy who wants a place where he can feel safe and loved. Doc isn't the type to jump right into new situations. He'll need a family that understands that trust is earned and is willing to let him settle in at his own pace. With patience, gentle encouragement, and lots of love, Doc will continue to grow in confidence and show his true personality. Watching Doc come out of his shell and realize he's finally home will be a rewarding experience for the lucky family who adopts him. If you believe every dog deserves a chance to blossom, Doc is waiting to meet you!

Ongoing Health

Doc's adoption fee of $300 covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter.

Training & Support

Doc needs a family that understands trust is earned and is willing to let him settle in at his own pace. Patience, gentle encouragement, and lots of love will help him gain confidence.
