Bruce (20260630-03)

Bruce is an energetic, active, and loving Shepherd mix who is always up for an adventure! He's incredibly friendly and playful, with a personality that wins people over quickly. Bruce's journey to us was a bit of an accident, as he was sent on a transport without a rescue waiting for him. Thankfully, we were able to step in, and a kind foster immediately opened their home to him. Now, this handsome boy is ready to find the forever family he deserves. Bruce is happiest when he's on the move, whether it's on a hike, playing fetch, or simply running around the yard. As a young dog, he's still learning his manners and would benefit from continued training and guidance. He's a smart boy who is eager to learn and would thrive with an active family committed to helping him reach his full potential.

Ideal Home

Bruce needs a home with a yard, as he has a high energy level and loves to be on the move. He would do well with women and children and is good with other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats or has any known food aggression.

Ongoing Health

Bruce is not yet spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Bruce is house-trained and is currently working on crate training and walking on a leash. He is not destructive and is not a barker. While he is not yet leash reactive, it is unknown if he will be. All newly adopted or fostered dogs are considered a flight risk.
