Diesel is an approximately 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Bullmastiff mix, weighing about 60 pounds of pure muscle and athleticism. He's an adventurous pup who loves walks and exploring the world. This handsome boy is incredibly loving and thrives on human companionship, adoring affection and pets. He enjoys lounging beside his humans, soaking up the sunshine, and being a part of your everyday life, whether that's on walks, car trips, in the yard, or simply at your feet. Diesel is smart, curious, and enjoys mentally challenging activities like enrichment toys, puzzle feeders, and games. He is house and crate trained and does best with structure, consistency, and an active lifestyle.

Ideal Home

Diesel needs an adopter who can provide regular exercise and continued guidance due to his energetic, athletic, and strong nature. He can jump surprisingly high and is very strong. While he settles well with proper outlets, routine, and leadership, he can become overstimulated and overly excited if he hasn't had enough exercise or mental stimulation, or when exposed to chaotic energy like intense dog barking or conflict.

Training & Support

Diesel thrives with positive reinforcement, patience, and a calm but assertive person who will continue building on his training and help him channel his energy appropriately.
