Charlotte-Mama

Mama Charlotte is a beautiful, medium-sized, tri-color female dog with Border Collie and Retriever mix. She is an adult and is house-trained. Mama Charlotte has had a difficult past, but she is a survivor. She was rescued from a dangerous situation in Mexico and has since given birth to six puppies, four of whom thankfully survived. She is currently recovering and getting stronger every day. While she can be shy and takes a little time to trust new people, she is a work in progress and is showing great improvement. She is known to get along well with other dogs, but she is not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ideal Home

A patient and understanding home where Charlotte can continue to build her confidence and trust. A quiet environment with a loving family would be ideal for her.

Ongoing Health

Charlotte has a leg injury that will be addressed once her puppies are weaned. She is vaccinated.

Training & Support

Charlotte is a shy girl who needs a little time to warm up to new people. She is house-trained and getting better every day. With patience and positive reinforcement, she will blossom into a confident companion.
