Ursula is a hoot! One minute she's crawling under the couch like a secret agent, the next she's perched on the back of it like a cat keeping watch over the living room. Life with Ursula is never boring. When she's not inventing new furniture gymnastics, Ursula loves spending time in the yard playing with toys or splashing around in her little pool. She enjoys a good play session followed by relaxing at home, and she's perfectly comfortable settling into her crate or being independent on her own. Her favorite snack is crunchy carrots, which she always accepts with great enthusiasm. After recovering from parvo as a puppy, Ursula has worked hard to build confidence and learn about the world around her. She has attended training classes and has made wonderful progress. Her foster family has seen her become more comfortable with new experiences and people as she continues to grow and learn.
Ideal Home
Ursula would thrive in a home with someone who appreciates a dog with a big personality and a sense of humor.
Ongoing Health
Ursula is a survivor and has fully recovered from parvo as a puppy.
Training & Support
Because she missed some early socialization when she was recovering, Ursula can be a little unsure in brand new situations or when meeting strangers for the first time. With a little patience and a calm introduction, though, her silly and playful personality quickly starts to shine through. She'll do best with an adopter who understands that confidence building takes time, and is excited to continue helping her succeed.
