Romeo is a 7-year-old, 12 lb Chihuahua mix with a sweet, gentle personality and an easygoing charm that makes him a wonderful companion for almost any home! He's a calm, loving little guy who adores being picked up, snuggling in laps, and even sleeping on his back like the happiest, most relaxed pup around! Romeo is fully potty trained, crate trained, and sleeps quietly in his crate at night. He can also be left loose in the house for a few hours thanks to his excellent manners. He rides beautifully in the car, has no aggressive behaviors, and is extremely affectionate with everyone he meets! Romeo loves other dogs—large, small, male, female—and has lived comfortably with all types. He hasn’t met cats or children yet but would be open to a meet and greet with both. Romeo isn’t leash trained yet, so he’ll need a fenced yard while he learns, and a family willing to help him practice walking so he can enjoy neighborhood strolls in the future. With medium energy, friendly play behavior, and a loving, attention-seeking personality, Romeo would be a great match for first-time dog parents or anyone looking for a sweet, cuddly, easy companion!
