Sage

Sage is a female English Bulldog Mix puppy born June 21, 2026. She is young, healthy, and will need the time, patience, and guidance that come with raising a puppy.

Ideal Home

Sage is reported to do well with cats, dogs, and children under 8. Her adopters should be prepared for puppy scratching and nipping, puppy-proofing, and the lifestyle changes that come with a young dog.

Ongoing Health

• Age-appropriate vaccinations will be up to date before adoption; future vaccinations are the adopter’s responsibility.
• Sage will be spayed before adoption.
• She will be microchipped before adoption.
• She is too young for heartworm testing, which is performed at six months of age.
• The adoption donation helps cover pre-adoption veterinary care, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, applicable heartworm testing, microchipping, deworming, and applicable flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives.

Sage is not yet housetrained. Training will be an important part of her life, and she cannot be crated for more than 3–4 hours at a time until she is older.
