Meet Macaroon, a delightful 4-year-old, 55-pound Lab/Terrier mix with a stunning brindle coat and warm amber/brown eyes. She's a resilient girl who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston and is now looking for her forever home. Macaroon is past her puppy years and is already a pro at being house, leash, and crate trained. She's a true social butterfly who loves people and greets everyone with a happy smile and a wagging tail. Macaroon is incredibly affectionate, loves giving kisses, and is very treat-motivated – she'll happily sit for a reward! She's also a wonderful companion to other dogs, even helping shy pups gain confidence. After some fun playtime outdoors, Macaroon enjoys nothing more than curling up on the couch for a peaceful nap. She's so excited to meet her forever family!
