Ghost-Houston, TX

Meet Ghost! This handsome boy was found hiding in the woods behind a kind woman's home. For weeks, he would appear and disappear, staying just out of reach, earning him the name Ghost. After much patience, she was finally able to bring him to safety with treats. He was shared across social media and local lost-and-found pages, but sadly no owner has come forward, and he does not have a microchip. Whoever lost him has truly missed out, because Ghost is an incredible dog. Estimated to be under 2 years old and weighing around 40 pounds, Ghost is now looking for the forever family he deserves. Ghost is very social and affectionate, dog-friendly, smart, and eager to learn. He already knows "sit," loves treats, and walks nicely on a leash.

Ideal Home

Ghost would thrive in a home that can provide him with the stability and love he deserves. We don't know how he does with cats or children at this time.

Ongoing Health

Ghost will need to be neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Ghost is smart and eager to learn, already knowing "sit" and enjoying treats. He walks nicely on a leash, which is a great start!
