Meet Dolce! This approximately one-year-old, 45-pound Staffie mix is pure sunshine and sweetness. Dolce is spayed, vaccinated, and up-to-date on preventatives, eagerly awaiting her forever family. She has soulful eyes and a wiggly demeanor that perfectly captures her blend of playful energy and calm companionship. Dolce loves to play, especially with dogs her own size, engaging in joyful zoomies and spirited games of tug-of-war. She's adept at reading other dogs' cues and knows when to take a break, happily lounging after an hour of high-energy fun. She meets new dogs off-leash in secure areas with a sweet and relaxed disposition.
Dolce's energy matches her surroundings; she's ready for playtime or a cozy movie night. While she hasn't been closely exposed to cats, she will announce their presence if she sees them. She appears to be gentle and laid-back, suggesting she might do well with older, dog-savvy children. Dolce walks beautifully on leash without pulling and enjoys keeping an eye out for squirrels. She's a great traveler in the car, shows no signs of separation anxiety or potty accidents, and hasn't been destructive when left alone. She's comfortable without a crate and enjoys her freedom responsibly. She's affectionate, sweet, and enjoys her alone time. While she hasn't shown resource guarding, feeding bowls separately is a good practice for any new home.
