Bullseye is a sweet, 6.5-month-old Retriever/Pit Bull mix with an estimated DOB of January 2026. He currently weighs 40 pounds and is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. Bullseye is the calm observer of his litter, often taking in the world around him with a thoughtful demeanor before joining in the fun. He loves dinnertime, belly rubs, snuggles, and playful romps with his siblings. Bullseye is gentle, loyal, and possesses an easygoing personality, making him a wonderful companion. He is potty trained and enjoys both active play and quiet time with his people.
Ideal Home
Bullseye would thrive in a home where he can continue to learn and grow with positive reinforcement and consistency. We prefer homes that already have another friendly, well-mannered dog to act as a mentor. If you don't have another dog, please provide a plan for ongoing socialization. Homes where someone is not routinely away for more than four to six hours at a time are also preferred, as Bullseye will benefit from regular interaction, potty breaks, exercise, and training. He has done well with children but has not yet been tested with cats.
Ongoing Health
Bullseye is a young, healthy puppy.
Training & Support
Bullseye is potty trained, but a few accidents may occur as he adjusts to a new routine. He is continuing to build confidence with leash walking and basic obedience. Ongoing positive reinforcement, consistency, and continued leash practice will help him thrive. Continued socialization with new people, places, sounds, and friendly dogs is important for building his lifelong confidence.
