Kelso

Kelso is an absolutely wonderful dog whose story tugs at our heartstrings. He was once adopted as a puppy, and we thought he had found his happy forever home. Sadly, just before Christmas, we received a call that he had been abandoned at a veterinary clinic. We immediately went to bring him to safety.

Despite his past experiences, Kelso is an amazing companion. He has a proven track record of living happily with a young child, other dogs, and even chickens! He's house-trained and kennel-trained, walks like a dream on leash, has a wonderfully easygoing nature, and genuinely loves everyone he meets. Kelso has mastered his basic commands and is a true joy to have around.

Kelso enjoys leisurely walks, relaxing indoors or outdoors, and most of all, he cherishes time spent with his people. He’s not a demanding dog; he simply longs for a family who will shower him with love and never leave him again.

Ideal Home

Kelso would thrive in a home that can offer him stability and a lifetime of love. He has successfully lived with young children and other animals, including chickens.

Ongoing Health

Kelso is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, microchipped, and is heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Kelso is house-trained, kennel-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He knows his basic commands and is a joy to have around.
