CAMERON- Needs a foster/forever home!

Cameron is a sweet Australian Shepherd mix who was born on May 15, 2012. She can be a bit shy when she first meets new people, but once she gets to know you, her charming personality shines through. Cameron loves her walks, soaking up the sun in the backyard, and simply relaxing. She enjoys playing with her toys and is especially fond of peanut butter-filled bones. However, she does tend to guard her toys. Cameron is looking for a special companion to share her golden years with.

Ideal Home

Cameron would thrive in a home with a fenced yard. She would do best as a companion rather than a primary family dog and is recommended for homes with children 15 years or older. She needs to be the only dog in the household.

Ongoing Health

Cameron previously had bilateral cherry eye, which has been successfully treated with surgery. She is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, and is house and crate trained.

Training & Support

Cameron is house and crate trained. She does not like to share her toys, so this is something to be mindful of. We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend one obedience class (6-week session) outside the home.

Cameron is located in Birmingham, MI. Adopters must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters.
