Meet Obi, a handsome one-year-old, 15 lb Chihuahua/Pug mix with a heart full of joy! Obi was saved by a kind onlooker after being abandoned, and while he was initially shut down and scared, he quickly recovered and is now an exuberant and happy companion. He loves to play with toys and other dogs, and he has plenty of energy to burn!
