Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene is a sweet American Bully, born in 2020, who's looking for her forever home after returning to rescue through no fault of her own. She's a true snuggler who loves to be close to her people, and despite being a "velcro girl," she doesn't suffer from separation anxiety. Mary is a well-behaved girl, already potty and leash trained, and while she doesn't require intense exercise, she enjoys leisurely walks. She's very friendly and easy-going, happy to go with the flow. Mary is okay with children aged 6 and up, and might be a good fit for calmer children aged 4.

Ideal Home

Mary's perfect home would be with someone who cherishes couch cuddles and nighttime snuggles. A fenced yard is a must for her safety and enjoyment. Crucially, her new family must be committed to managing her chronic allergies with ongoing veterinary care. She needs to be the only pet in the household and would do best without feline companions.

Ongoing Health

Mary has chronic allergies that require consistent management through veterinary care. Currently, she is on a special diet, but no medications are needed at this time. With proper care, her allergies are minimal.

Training & Support

Mary is already potty and leash trained. While she's generally easy-going, she might need slow introductions to her new people as she's been through a lot. We offer a lifetime of free relationship-based training for any behavioral issues (not obedience training) with Muddy Paws to help her continue to thrive.

Transportation

Mary is located in the Omaha, NE area. Adoptions must take place in person within a 50-mile radius of Omaha to ensure she can continue to benefit from local training resources. We do not ship or deliver.
