Buttons

Buttons is a sweet 4-year-old Hound mix with a gentle and easygoing personality. She arrived at the shelter underweight but is now steadily gaining and feeling so much better! Buttons is a mellow girl who enjoys the simple pleasures in life – short walks, napping in the sun, and being close to her favorite people. She walks nicely on a leash and is very treat-motivated, making her a wonderful and easy companion.

Ideal Home

Buttons is not a high-energy dog and would be perfect for someone looking for a calm, steady presence. She'd thrive in a quieter home, with an older couple, or anyone who simply wants a sweet dog to share their space with.

Ongoing Health

Buttons has been spayed and vaccinated. She arrived underweight but is now gaining steadily.

Training & Support

Buttons is house-trained and walks nicely on a a leash. She is very treat-motivated, which will be a great asset for any continued training.
