Buddy Boy

Hi there! My name is Buddy Boy, and I'm a sweet senior boy looking for my forever home. I was found on the streets of Stockton, a bit worse for wear, but thanks to my foster family, I'm now healthy and ready to find a loving family to call my own. I'm a bit of a couch potato, but I do enjoy a good walk now and then, and I absolutely love a game of fetch with my favorite tennis ball. I'm very food motivated, which makes training a breeze – I already know how to sit, shake, and lay down!

Ideal Home

I'm a senior dog who has become deaf and is slightly visually impaired. While I still get around great and love life, I'll need a home that is understanding of my needs. I've lived with a female dog and have done well with her, but I do best with slow introductions to new canine friends. If you have a dog at home, we encourage you to bring them by for a meet-and-greet to see if we hit it off!

Training & Support

I'm a smart cookie and very food motivated, so I've learned some great tricks like sit, shake, and lay down! All dogs adopted through Better World Rescue qualify for complimentary private and/or group training sessions to help make sure we get off to a great start.
