Charlie

Charlie is an energetic girl with a big heart and a gorgeous coat with unique markings! She's playful, fun-loving, and thrives with exercise and outdoor time. Charlie is loyal and listens well once her energy is out, and she's learning recall, coming back when called on property. She was on the euthanasia list at her local shelter after being returned three times because families weren't prepared for her high energy. Once she blossomed with the time she needed, she showed us her sweet and spirited side. Charlie still has her moments of playful excitement, like chasing squirrels or sprinting after a ball, but with regular exercise and space to stretch her legs, she becomes calm, attentive, and responsive. She's even trusted to roam our property because she listens and comes back with some recall. Charlie is incredibly smart, affectionate, and ready to thrive with the right person, and with consistency and love, she's going to make someone very happy.

Training & Support

Charlie is still working on training and could use continued support, but she is eager to learn. She can bark more than some families might prefer, and benefits from regular exercise and space to run.
