About Teddy Bear Built for Snuggles
There's just something about Teddy Bear! Maybe it's because he's the tiniest of his litter, or his sweet little face, or the way he looks at you with those innocent puppy eyes like he's still trying to figure this big world out. Whatever it is, this little guy has a way of making everyone who meets him immediately want to scoop him up, cover him in kisses, and protect him forever. Teddy has the kind of gentle soul that's impossible not to fall in love with. He's sweet, calm, affectionate, and perfectly content soaking up cuddles before happily wandering off to play with a toy. While his siblings are busy showing off their bigger personalities, Teddy is quietly stealing hearts just by being himself. There's something so peaceful about him. He's the puppy you find yourself checking on just because he's so darn precious. This sweet little guy is Teddy. He is approximately 2 months old and currently weighs around 10 lbs. We believe he may be a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, but with rescue, it's always a mystery and we can never guarantee breed. Teddy is currently thriving in a foster home where he's beginning to explore the world through play, naps, mealtime routines, and gentle socialization. Right now, life is wonderfully simple. Chase a toy. Wrestle with his siblings. Eat. Nap. Wake up and do it all over again. It's a pretty great life if you ask him. Teddy is exactly what his name makes you picture: gentle, sweet, affectionate, and just an all-around easy little guy to love. He enjoys playing with toys and joining in on puppy fun with his siblings, but he has a naturally calmer personality that's already beginning to shine through. He's the puppy that reminds you to slow down for a minute, scoop him up, and enjoy all the little moments that make puppyhood so special. Being the smallest of the litter definitely has its perks because, let's be honest, everyone babies Teddy a little bit. And can you blame them? He has this innocent little face and gentle personality that make it nearly impossible to walk past him without giving him a cuddle. If you're the type of person whose favorite part of having a puppy is the quiet snuggles just as much as the playtime, Teddy is going to fit into your heart so easily. The puppy stage doesn't last very long, but it's one of the most rewarding adventures you'll ever get to experience. Watching Teddy discover new things, celebrate his little victories, and slowly grow into the dog he's meant to be is something his future family will get to be part of every single day. There really is nothing quite like raising a puppy that's been loved from the very beginning.
Ideal Home
Like every puppy, Teddy will need a family that's ready to guide him through all the important parts of growing up.
