Parker

Parker is a magnificent, fluffy white German Shepherd mix who is about 6 years old and weighs a substantial 94 pounds. He is brimming with love, loyalty, and a playful spirit, making him an absolute joy to be around. Parker adores people and thrives on affection, firmly believing that his ultimate purpose in life is to receive belly rubs and stay close to his humans. He's a calm and well-behaved companion indoors, already knows "sit" and "stay," and walks nicely on a leash, though he is still working on not pulling too much. Parker enjoys the company of large female dogs and would also be very happy as the sole canine companion in his home.

Ideal Home

Parker would be happiest in a home where he can be your devoted companion. He is not a fan of small dogs and plays a bit too roughly with them. He is also not recommended for homes with cats and prefers not to live with other male dogs. A secure 6-foot privacy fence is a must, as he has shown a remarkable ability to hop over lower fences.

Ongoing Health

Parker has been neutered, microchipped, and is up-to-date on all his vaccines, including rabies and Bordetella. He has also been dewormed. Parker recently completed treatment for heartworm. He is believed to be a German Shepherd and possibly Great Pyrenees mix, a combination that brings intelligence, loyalty, and a whole lot of fluff.

Training & Support

Parker walks well on a leash but does still pull somewhat, and he is actively working on this. He knows basic commands like "sit" and "stay."
