Stella

Stella is a sweet, approximately 2-year-old female hound mix who was abandoned in Texas. She can be a little shy at first but is blossoming with confidence every day. Stella loves deep eye contact, snuggling, and will paw for more pets if you stop! She's medium energy and enjoys being involved, showing off a playful side. Stella has done great with other dogs and even has a special bond with a pup named Huck, with whom she loves to play and curl up.

Ideal Home

Stella would likely do well with children who are not too boisterous, as she can be easily spooked. Her compatibility with cats is currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Stella is being treated for a tick-borne illness and is making a fantastic recovery. She will be spayed soon.

Training & Support

Stella is not yet house-trained.
