Schist

At 10 months old and weighing 17lbs, Schist is a beautiful and sweet girl who has overcome a lot. She came from a hoarding situation with over 60 dogs and is still learning to trust and feel safe. While initially shy and nervous, Schist blossoms into a loving shadow once she feels secure. She enjoys snuggling, climbing into laps, and soaking up attention. Her food motivation makes her a joy to train, and her unique striped markings are as lovely as her personality.

Ideal Home

Schist needs a secure home with a family committed to her safety, as she can be a flight risk when unsure. A calmer environment without young children would be best for her to build confidence at her own pace. She is good with dogs and cats.

Ongoing Health

Schist has been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Schist is food motivated, which will be a great asset for continued training and bonding. Patience and a consistent, loving environment will help her continue to build confidence and trust.

• Our adoption fees include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick disease testing, fecal check, and any necessary medical care while with us.
• You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.
