After being abandoned in New Mexico, he was brought to Texas, where he was safely rehabilitated and given a second chance at life. Gucci is a "work in progress," but aren't the best things in life? He has a heart as big as Texas and is actually busy saving lives every single day while he waits for his forever family to find him. Gucci is a young pup at heart, which means he still has some of that classic, enthusiastic Lab energy. He is looking for a family who will commit to teaching him some basic manners and training. Because he is incredibly eager to please (and highly motivated by toys and treats!), training him is a fun, rewarding bonding experience. Gucci would thrive with an active individual, couple, or family who loves a good game of fetch and is ready to guide a smart, loving dog through his teenage-at-heart phase. He has so much love to give and is completely ready to settle down into a lifetime of companionship.

Ongoing Health
Gucci's vetting includes DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Gucci is looking for a family who will commit to teaching him some basic manners and training. Because he is incredibly eager to please (and highly motivated by toys and treats!), training him is a fun, rewarding bonding experience. Our goal is to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts and just want someone to be understanding with them, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!

Transporation
Gucci is available for transportation in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, LA. AZ coming soon! (predetermined locations and time). The adoption & Transportation ranges from $100-500. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request with financial responsibility on the adopted family. Texas Adopters have a $250 flat rate fee for transporting within the state! Our animals are brought to you in transport buses or vans equipped with air conditioning for comfort and onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. Our Adoption Coordinator will help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you!
