HONOR

Meet Honor, a stunning German Shepherd mix born into rescue on January 8, 2022. She's a happy and playful girl who is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Honor was diagnosed with Megaesophagus, a condition that affects food passage. However, this is easily managed with a special Bailey chair (which will go with her!) where she eats twice a day, followed by a 20-minute sit. She's smart and does very well with her feeding routine. Honor also takes an inexpensive daily medication, Sildenafil, to help manage her condition.

Ideal Home

Honor loves to play with her brother, Haribo, and enjoys walks and swimming in the pool. She's affectionate, sweet, silly, and would be an amazing addition to any family.

Ongoing Health

Honor has Megaesophagus, which is managed with a daily dose of Sildenafil (50 mg). She eats Royal Canin food.

Training & Support

Honor is smart and attentive. She is trained to use her Bailey chair for meals and stays put afterward.

Transporation

Honor is located in our foster care program. If transporting out of state, the total adoption cost will be $500, which includes the adoption fee, transport, health certificate, and taxes.
