Button is approximately 9 months old and is looking for his forever home as a professional snuggler, gentle kiss distributor, and devoted sidekick. He's incredibly affectionate, confident with people, and quickly forms strong bonds. Button has soft, floppy ears that are impossibly cute and bounce when he walks. He approaches new experiences with curiosity and a friendly "Hi!" He's more of a gentle observer around other dogs, showing respectful and submissive social skills, and enjoys playing with friendly, easygoing canine companions. Button handles new environments and handling exercises with calm acceptance and is easily reassured. He has a balanced energy level, enjoying playtime and adventures before settling down contentedly. Button has shown respect towards cats and is very sweet with children, offering gentle kisses and snuggles. He would thrive in a home that provides confidence and reassurance.
Ideal Home
Button could likely do well in a variety of homes, including apartments, as long as he receives continued socialization, structure, playtime, and love. He prefers to be included in his people's activities, ideally with a stuffed toy in his mouth.
Ongoing Health
Button has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also been tested for heartworm.
Training & Support
Button is a soft and submissive puppy who would benefit from a confident, reassuring family to help him continue building confidence. He has received behavioral assessments and training from staff, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transportation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). There is an $87 surcharge for transportation.
