Big Mama

Meet Big Mama, a playful and loving 3-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier mix! This sweet girl is affectionate, athletic, and ready for adventure. She was found wandering in a neighborhood and brought to safety, and now she's looking for her forever home. Big Mama is people-friendly and loves to cuddle, but be prepared for her energetic zoomies in the yard – she can really move! She's already mastered "sit" and "shake," is potty and crate trained, and walks well on a leash.

Ideal Home

Big Mama would do best in a home with only male dogs, as she can be assertive with other female dogs. While she enjoys canine companionship, she doesn't require a doggy sibling. Due to her energetic nature and unawareness of her size, a home without young children is recommended.

Ongoing Health

Big Mama came to us a bit overweight but is now at a healthier weight of around 60lbs.

Training & Support

Big Mama is a smart girl who has picked up on commands quickly. She is already potty and crate trained and walks well on a leash.
