She can be a little shy when meeting new people, as the world hasn't always shown her kindness, so she sometimes keeps her guard up. But once she realizes she's safe, her gentle and loving personality shines through. She's a fabulous lap cuddler and warms her foster mom's heart every night! Celia is learning that human hands bring comfort, belly rubs, treats, and love, and with patience and understanding, she's sure to blossom into an amazing companion. Celia is vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. An alteration contract needs to be signed by the adopter to complete the adoption.
Training & Support
Celia is in progress with kennel and potty training. She needs a patient and understanding family willing to let her move at her own pace. Adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transportation
Celia is located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. You can track the van using the Life360 app or join Facebook chats for updates.
