Meet Riff Scorpion! He's a 4-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog who is a fetch fanatic and a speedy goofball. Riff Scorpion is fast, fun, and full of playful energy! He loves to chase a ball and play fetch all day long. But don’t worry—this boy also knows when to slow it down and snuggle up on any dog bed or couch he can find. He’s super friendly and always happy to meet new people and pups. When it comes to water, he’s a little particular—sprinklers are AWESOME, but pools and puddles? No thank you! He will dramatically refuse to continue if his paws get too wet. The perfect mix of playful and cuddly, Riff Scorpion is ready to bring joy, laughs, and loyalty to his forever home!
Ideal Home
A home that can keep up with his playful energy and also appreciates cuddle time. He is particular about getting his paws wet, so a home that understands and can accommodate this will be ideal.

All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, has been completed.

- The adoption fee ranges from $150-500 for those being transported and is $75 for those being picked up at our Angleton, Tx location. This fee covers transport and includes all vetting mentioned in the health section.
Transporation
Riff Scorpion is currently in Angleton, TX. Transport is available to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is an unforgettable experience, and you will be able to follow along on the journey through a private Facebook Event page. Your adoption coordinator will help you find the closest transport pick-up location.
