About Molly

Molly is a 4-year-old, 9-pound Maltese/Poodle mix with a dash of tiny queen energy. She was once the center of her owner's world, and though life has changed, her devotion to her people remains unwavering. Molly has adjusted wonderfully to her foster home, even learning to accept cats as roommates, but she respectfully disagrees with the entire species of dogs and would prefer to be the one and only furry monarch in her next kingdom. She's a professional lap warmer, a ball-chasing enthusiast, an outdoor sunbathing specialist, a champion cuddler, and a tiny security guard with a surprisingly serious bark. Molly is affectionate, sweet, playful, obedient, and will be your devoted shadow, supervising everything you do.

Ideal Home

Molly would thrive in a calm home with adults or older, respectful children, as she enjoys kids who understand a princess needs her personal space. She'd prefer to be the only pet, as she believes she has enough personality for an entire pack and doesn't want to share the spotlight. She's looking for a devoted companion rather than a social butterfly and a family willing to share their couch and possibly their pillow.

Ongoing Health

Molly is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and NexGard protected.

Training & Support

Molly is house-trained and walks nicely on a leash after her initial excitement wears off. She also rides calmly in the car and can stay home alone without redecorating. She knows "Sit" and doesn't chew inappropriate items. She does have a small adventurous streak and may explore if a door is left open, but she always returns.
