Katy is one of 19 puppies rescued from a ranch in Central Texas. She may be a mix of Akbash, Great Pyrenees, and Anatolian Shepherd, with a solid white coat. Her name comes from Katy Falls in Arkansas.

Katy was born on January 11, 2025, and was raised as a family pet rather than as a future livestock guardian. She is still learning and will need a patient home ready to continue her training.

Ideal Home

Katy would benefit from a patient family prepared to continue her house, potty, leash, and crate training.

Ongoing Health

Katy has received her first two rounds of vaccinations and is scheduled to receive her rabies vaccination. She will be adopted under a provisional agreement requiring her to be spayed before the adoption is finalized, as required by Texas law.
