My name is Brownie, and I'm a sweet, 2-year-old, 20-lb Miniature Poodle with a heart full of love to give! I was rescued from a shelter and am now in a foster home in Ansonia, CT, dreaming of my forever family. I'm vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and healthy, just waiting for my chance to shine.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a patient and understanding family to help me build trust. I'd thrive in a calm, adult-only home. If you have another dog, they should be calm and not overly boisterous, as I can be a bit sensitive.

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy and happy boy! I've already been neutered, microchipped, and am up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I can get a little mouthy when excited, but with consistent training, clear boundaries, and patience, I learn quickly and am making great progress. Once I feel safe, I'm a devoted companion who loves to snuggle and be by your side. I'm already housebroken and don't need a crate when you're away.
