Kaine

Kaine is a handsome 5-year-old, 60-pound mixed breed with a heart of gold and a story of resilience. He was found as a stray with an injury from a BB gun and, after a stint in a county shelter, he found himself at risk. Thankfully, a compassionate community member stepped in to help save him! Kaine is a friendly and easy-going fellow who truly enjoys being around people. He walks beautifully on a leash, knows the "sit" command, and is a gentle soul when accepting treats. His indoor manners are excellent, and as an older dog, he already has many advantages like being house-trained and likely to be calmer than a puppy. Kaine would absolutely love a backyard where he can stretch out and bask in the sun!
