Meet Valentina, a spirited senior lady with a heart full of love and a zest for life! She was found on the beach in Nuevo Nayarit, and after some much-needed care for flea dermatitis, she has healed beautifully. Valentina is surprisingly active for her age, loves to play with other dogs, and absolutely thrives on human attention. While she enjoys the company of other dogs, she does prefer to be the star of the show and would likely do best as the solo dog in a home, or with a very carefully selected canine companion. Shelter life can be a bit much for this sensitive soul; the noise and bustle can be overwhelming, and she can become a little possessive when she's craving affection. In a calm, loving home with a predictable routine, Valentina is sure to blossom and show you just how wonderful she is.
Ideal Home
Valentina would thrive in a calm home where she can be the center of attention. A home with a predictable routine and plenty of love will help her shine.
Ongoing Health
Valentina has fully recovered from flea dermatitis.
Training & Support
Valentina can sometimes be possessive when she's not getting the affection she craves. A home that provides structure and consistent positive reinforcement will help her feel secure and well-loved.

Transporation
Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We arrange for flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta to bring our dogs to their new families in the US and Canada. Approved adopters will meet their new pet at the airport. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight angel isn't available, your pet may fly into the US, and transportation to the Peace Arch Park at the border can be arranged with the help of volunteers.
