Lucy is a silky-soft, one-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and the cutest dramatic flair. She's a medium-sized girl at about 35-40 pounds, and she's spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. Lucy is mellow in the house, easy to live with, and happiest when she's near her people. She's a sweet girl with a vocal streak—nothing wild, just her little "aroooo" when she wants something, when you first wake up, or when you come home and she's excited to see you. She's obedient and smart, and knows "sit" both verbally and with hand signals. Lucy picked up house training quickly, and she loves routine. Bedtime is one of her favorite parts of the day, and she sleeps soundly through the night like a respectful little snugglebug. She gets along wonderfully with big dogs, little dogs, and cats. Lucy came into rescue with an injury on the top of her head. It healed beautifully, but the hair never grew back, so she has a tiny bald spot that makes her even more unique and endearing. She's affectionate without being clingy, gentle without being timid, and grateful for every bit of love she gets.

Training & Support
Lucy has a bit of food aggression, but it’s easily managed by feeding her in her crate. Outside of mealtime, she is fine sharing space, even if others are circling for treats. She is obedient, knows "sit," and is house-trained.
