Frodo

Frodo is a male puppy born on February 9th, ready for his new adventure around April 10th. He's part of the "Shire's Fellowship of Puppies," a litter of nine energetic and mouthy pups who are seeking active and fulfilling lives. Their momma, Shire, is a friendly 40lb dog, and Frodo is expected to be a similar size. He's being raised with Puppy Culture methods, with early exposure to crate training and a verbal marker system. Frodo has been introduced to various objects, textures, environments, sounds, and people, and is doing well with adult dogs. He may also be fine with cats if introduced carefully.

Ideal Home

Frodo would thrive in an active home that can provide him with plenty of adventures. Families should be dog-savvy, with previous experience with herding breeds, and children aged 6 and older would be suitable.

Ongoing Health

Frodo will be vet checked, microchipped, up to date on deworming, and have age-appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption. He will be adopted out on a spay/neuter contract to allow his puppy body and mind to fully develop.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Frodo will need continued training for all the basics. He is learning foundational skills in his foster home, including crate exposure and a verbal marker system.
