Bram

Bram is a happy, energetic, medium-sized husky mix with striking icy blue eyes, estimated to be around 3 years old. He arrived at the shelter on 9/29/2024 after being unclaimed at the city pound. We suspect he has some herding breed in him too! Bram is friendly, loving, and always ready for an adventure. His adoption fee is $150.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a home with experience in handling husky-type breeds, as they are known for their playful and active nature. Bram needs an owner who understands their love for running and can provide plenty of regular exercise. He would do best in an adult-only home with a fenced yard. While he might do well with a well-mannered dog of similar size, cats are most likely not a good fit for him.

Bram has been vet-checked, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Bram is a strong-willed boy who requires basic obedience training and consistent guidance to thrive. An experienced owner who is ready to commit to working with him will set him up for success.

• Any resident dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and be spayed or neutered.
• Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved.

Bram is located at our shelter at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. This is exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
