Witness

Witness is a sweet 2+ year old, 55 lb gentleman who came to us as an owner surrender after a very short time in a home. Sadly, the stress of his new environment caused him to become ill, and he was facing euthanasia. We swooped in to rescue him just hours before his scheduled time and are so glad we did! Now safe and recovering, Witness is a true couch potato who just wants to be near his people. He adores cuddling, enjoys car rides, and is a perfect gentleman on leash walks. He's still a bit of a diamond in the rough, and can be wary of strangers, so new friends will need to be introduced slowly and with patience.

Witness would thrive in a calm home with patient adopters who can provide consistency and allow him to open up at his own pace.

Witness was treated for CIRDC, and is now safe and healing.

Witness can be wary of strangers, so new people will require a slow introduction. With patience and understanding, he'll offer unwavering loyalty, soft cuddles, and a grateful heart.
