Blaze

Blaze is a friendly, playful, and curious 62-lb, 1-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix. He was born around January 14, 2024, and is the littermate of his companion, Sadie. Both Blaze and Sadie are available for adoption, either together or separately, though it would be wonderful if they could remain a pair. Blaze is healthy, up-to-date on core vaccinations, and while energetic, he's also content to relax by your side after some playtime.

Ideal Home

Blaze is friendly with everyone, including young children and has interacted well with grandkids. He's also been great with the two small Yorkies in his current home and other neighborhood dogs. Blaze has no experience with cats, so a feline-free home would be best. He has been an outdoor dog with access to an enclosed shop building, and is considered housetrained as he doesn't relieve himself in his sleeping area.

Blaze is healthy and up-to-date on his core vaccinations.

Training & Support

Blaze enjoys car rides and is a calm passenger. He loves playing with balls and squeaky toys. His current family hasn't had him on a leash much, as they live on a property where he and Sadie can run freely.
