Meet Jimi Hendrix!

Jimi is a 42lb Lab Mix with an estimated birthday of December 2, 2025. He's the perfect blend of cuddle bug, adventure buddy, and comedian, guaranteed to steal your heart. Jimi has a gorgeous brown and tan coat, sweet, soulful eyes, and a nature so gentle that he turns into a "wet noodle" when held, melting right into your arms.

He's a social butterfly who enjoys making new dog friends and playing, but he's also respectful of their boundaries. Jimi has met cats and reptiles and is generally unfazed by them, though slow introductions and supervision are recommended with smaller animals due to a natural prey drive if startled by sudden movements.

Jimi has been vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Jimi is house-trained and crate-trained. He walks beautifully on a leash without pulling and happily comes when called. While he's still learning basic commands like "sit," he's eager for treats and will thrive with positive reinforcement. Like many young dogs, Jimi is curious and loves to investigate with his mouth, so providing plenty of appropriate chew toys will help keep him entertained and out of mischief.
